SAFE CUSTOMER AWARENESS NETWORK

Shop in the security of the Safe Customer Awareness Network (SCAN). SCAN is a surveillance system with low-light color cameras located throughout the Center to help our security team monitor our public spaces. Two-way intercoms located throughout the property connect directly to the SCAN Security Control Center, where our security team monitors the entire property from one location.

With SCAN, our team can quickly identify and respond to potential problems, medical emergencies, lost children, parking problems and any other situation where a shopper might need support.

STROLLER RENTAL

There are four (4) SmarteCarte stroller rental centers located in the following areas throughout the Center:

* Upper Level Dillard's Corridor
* Upper Level LBJ Freeway Entrance
* Upper Level Preston Road Entrance
* Lower Level Montfort Drive Entrance

VALLEY VIEW CENTER MANAGEMENT OFFICE

The mall managment office is located on the upper level next to Wetzel's Pretzels, between Dillards and Sears. The management office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. A Manager-on-Call is available by pager on weekends. If the office is closed, please visit CenterView to contact a member of the management team.

VALLEY VIEW CENTER SECURITY TEAM

Our uniformed security team monitors the Center 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They have been trained in crime prevention, life-saving techniques and public relations. The team enforces our code of conduct so everyone can enjoy their shopping experience. Please call on them whenever you need assistance.

GUEST SERVICES CENTER

The Guest Services/Security Center is located in the Upper Level Center Court. A Security or Guest Services representative may be reached in person or by phone at 972-661-2939 ext. 225 from 9am - 9pm Monday through Saturday and 12am - 6pm on Sundays. We also have a 24-hour Security office which has an outside entrance on the west side of the mall between Sears and Dillard's.

CAMP VALLEY VIEW SOFT PLAY AREA

A children's soft play area is located on the lower level in front of JCPenney. Kids will enjoy sliding, climbing and crawling in this plush, camp-themed play area while parents relax on the soft seating area.
